Although Jacob and I are individually licensed Brokerages we work
together as a team. After all, he's my son. I am a broker in both
California and Hawaii. I specialize in 1031 tax exchanges, corporate
retreats and trust sales and purchases. My clients benefit from
25 years in real estate sales and my 11 years living in the islands.

Watch Out For the Sharks,
Real Estate has been a part of my life since the beginning.
Growing up in California my mom opened her own office. I was
always there, either doing data entry or making flyers for new
listings. Hawaii has also been a part of life from early on.
I finally made it my permanent home in 1995. In 1998 I became
licensed for real estate in Hawaii. In 2004 I acquired my Brokers
license. Specializing in upscale resort properties where high
levels of customer service is the standard. In a relaxed no
"pressure" atmosphere.
